Dar Williams: Mortal City
Dar Williams: Mortal City
Label: Razor & Tie
Year: 1996
Track one has a lot of harmonica, track two has Erik Friedlander and both have a ton of words. From there you get dobro, mandolin, fiddle, John Prine and a ton more words. You also get “The Pointless, Yet Poignant, Crisis of a Co-Ed”, “Southern California Wants To Be Western New York” and the seven minute plus title track, which is probably the best song on the album and also includes a shit ton of fucking words.
