The barn where Don’t Come Home A Drinkin’ (With Lovin’ On Your Mind) was recorded provided the perfect setting as Loretta is true to her wants and needs although there is a sense that perhaps she’s too particular and demanding. She’s not of course. The fact is, men fuck shit up, she’s just pointing it out.
